We aim to send your items as quickly as possible, If its taxidermy this will generally be the next Tuesday/Friday, for jewellery that is made to order we aim to get this out within a week, but certain items can take longer to prepare so If you have concerns about delivery times or need some thing quickly please get in touch with us BEFORE ordering as many of our items are made to order and many of them require supplies that have to be ordered in.
For taxidermy we only ship to countries that we know a product is legal to own BUT it is your responsibility to check your import laws, if your item is confiscated or destroyed by your customs WE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE!
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given on items that are faulty as soon as they are returned to us, buyer to pay return postage.
we can also refund non damaged items as long as they are returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you, but this must be discussed with us first.
